These Terms are written in English. In the event of any discrepancy arising from a translation or interpretation into another language, the English version shall prevail in all circumstances.

The safirbet platform is operated by its parent entity and is directed primarily at players based in Bangladesh. All financial transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). By using the Platform, you acknowledge that you are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of safirbet is lawful in your jurisdiction. safirbet makes no representation that the services offered on the Platform are legal or available in all jurisdictions.

• You are a natural person (not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity).

safirbet reserves the right to verify your eligibility at any time, including during the account registration process, at the point of any withdrawal request, and during any ongoing account review. Providing false information to circumvent eligibility criteria is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any funds held in the account.

Each player may hold only one active account on the safirbet platform. Opening duplicate or multiple accounts — whether using the same identity, the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method — is strictly prohibited. Where safirbet identifies multiple accounts belonging to the same individual, all accounts except the first verified account may be suspended, and any balances or pending bonuses in duplicate accounts will be voided.

You must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information at the time of registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, valid Bangladesh mobile number, email address, and residential address. safirbet uses this information to verify your identity, process payments, and contact you regarding your account. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information is a breach of these Terms.

safirbet operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. As a condition of processing any withdrawal, safirbet may require you to submit one or more of the following identity documents:

• Primary ID: Bangladesh National Identity Card (NID), valid passport, or valid driving licence.
• Proof of Address: Utility bill, bank statement, or government-issued document showing your current residential address in Bangladesh, dated within the last three months.

The following general rules apply to all bonuses awarded on safirbet unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms:

• Bonuses are available to players who have verified their identity and meet the eligibility criteria for the specific promotion.
• Each promotion may only be claimed once per player, per household, per device, and per payment method unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts, exchanged for cash prior to meeting wagering requirements, or combined with other active bonuses unless the specific promotion explicitly permits this.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the time limit specified in the promotion terms. Bonus balances that remain unwagered at the expiry of the time limit will be forfeited without notice.

The wagering requirement for any given bonus represents the total amount that must be wagered using the bonus balance before the resulting winnings can be converted to withdrawable real-money funds. For example, a bonus of ৳1,000 subject to a 30x wagering requirement must be wagered a total of ৳30,000 across eligible games before any associated winnings can be withdrawn.

Not all games on the safirbet platform contribute equally to wagering requirements. The following contribution rates are indicative and subject to variation by specific promotion:

• Slots: 100% contribution towards wagering requirements.
• Live Casino (Baccarat, Blackjack, Roulette): 10% contribution towards wagering requirements.

By placing a bet, you confirm that you have read and accept the applicable betting rules for that market.

Bets placed on safirbet are final once accepted and confirmed. Requests to cancel or amend a confirmed bet will not be accepted except in cases where safirbet has published a specific cancellation policy for the relevant market (for example, where a cricket match is abandoned due to weather before a sufficient number of overs have been completed). In such cases, bets are settled according to the official event rules published by the governing body (e.g., ICC, BCB).

safirbet reserves the right to void any bet that has been accepted in error — for example, where an incorrect price was displayed due to a technical error — or where the bet is subsequently found to have been placed using insider information, in connection with match-fixing activity, or in any other manner that breaches the integrity of sporting competition. Voided bets are returned to the player's account balance at the original stake amount.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the safirbet platform. Engaging in any of these activities constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all funds held in the account, and referral to relevant authorities:

safirbet employs automated and manual monitoring systems to detect prohibited conduct. Where prohibited conduct is identified, safirbet will take action proportionate to the severity of the breach, up to and including permanent account closure, voiding of all balances and pending withdrawals, and referral to law enforcement authorities.

safirbet reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that any of the following circumstances apply:

• The player has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• The player's account shows evidence of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or prohibited conduct as described in Section 7.
• The player has provided false, misleading, or unverifiable identity information.
• The player is found to be under 18 years of age.
• Continued operation of the account poses a regulatory, legal, or reputational risk to safirbet.
• The player has requested self-exclusion via the responsible gaming tools in their account settings.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, safirbet will freeze the account balance to prevent any further deposits, withdrawals, or betting activity. The player will be notified via their registered email address and given a reasonable opportunity to provide information relevant to the investigation before a final decision is reached, except in cases where providing such notice would compromise the investigation or where immediate action is required to prevent ongoing harm.

Where an account is permanently closed due to a breach of these Terms, safirbet reserves the right to forfeit the entire account balance, including any pending withdrawals, deposits, bonus balances, and real-money winnings associated with the account. In cases where closure is not due to player fault (for example, a voluntary closure requested by the player), safirbet will process a final withdrawal of the verified real-money balance to the player's registered payment method after deducting any applicable fees.

Before processing a voluntary closure request, safirbet will confirm your identity and ensure that there are no pending bets, active bonuses, or outstanding verification requirements on the account.

safirbet provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While safirbet makes every reasonable effort to ensure continuous, uninterrupted access to the Platform, it cannot guarantee that the Platform will be available at all times or free from technical errors, outages, delays, or interruptions. safirbet shall not be liable for any loss of winnings, loss of bonus eligibility, or other financial loss arising directly from Platform downtime, technical failures, or connectivity issues beyond its reasonable control.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, safirbet's total liability to any player arising from or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the twelve months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. safirbet shall not be liable for indirect, consequential, special, punitive, or incidental damages of any kind, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity, even if safirbet has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

All formal complaints must be submitted in English. safirbet will respond to all formal complaints in English via the email address registered to your account. These Terms & Conditions represent the entire agreement between you and safirbet in relation to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
